Who should be contacted if you do not receive income tax refund but gets refund advice showing refund status as paid?

In case you have have filed return of income and there was claim of refund which you had opted for online credit. You can check the refund status us online. One day you suddenly get refund advice on which you find that the status as “Paid ” . But when you check with your bank account , you find that there is no amount credited . Puzzled . Okay in that case you should contact State Bank of India who are handling refund banker scheme on behalf of income tax department.
