Recently, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has been issued a General Circular No. 03/2015 regarding Clarification relating to filing of e-Form DIR-11 and DIR-12 under the Companies Act, 2013. This circular clarify that the difficulties faced by stakeholders due to deactivation of Digital signature certificate for filing of e-form DIR-11 and DIR-12.
