of the Companies Act 2013, Schedule VII of the said Act and the Rules thereon
have been notified by MCA and made applicable from 01.04.2014.
We would like to inform you that the provisions of Section 135 (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the Companies Act, 2013, Schedule VII of the said Act and the Rules thereon have been notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and are made applicable from 1st April, 2014.
